thinking of a Auction to bid on a lancer but wanted opinions

Well I ran into this auction in my city for insurance auctions . And i found this 2010 lancer but it has been stolen and the muffler looks like its down and damage to the side doors and the transmission and inside the steering wheel cover is missing.

I wanted to get your opinions if it would be worth investing in it i was looking to spend a max of 8k on it and i looked on the web and that car seems to be worth about 19k.
